In order to use the app, you need to be a BIK'AIR customer. All the bicycles are equipped with GPS and a QR code, which you can scan to unlock the bike and begin your journey. Once you have unlocked the bike, you can then start the journey by bookending your trip and then completing the journey by dropping the bike off at any BIK'AIR station. The service is available all over France, and you can also use the app to find out about the electric bicycles in your area.
